- Al naso è come se fosse una torre rinchiusa con tutti i suoi segreti e nel momento in cui si apre il portone i misteri si svelano e ci sono delle rivelazioni olfattive fantastiche
- Grande sapidità in bocca con chiusura a legno, limone, pesca che conduce la nostra immaginazione verso una macedonia di frutti gialli

- At the nose, it is a sort of closed tower with all the secrets and in the moment of the opening of the main door, the mysteries are disclosed and the olfactory sensations are wonderful
- Great tasty at the mouth with a final wood-lemon-peach flavoured which take our imagination towards a yellow fruit salad

- MY PERSONAL OPINION: the wine represents a bet which is gained. Venturing so far from the more common wine zones, to create a wine which does not envy anything to the best European chardonnay, is the attained goal by these oenological pioneers in the south of Chile
