FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES, IDEALS AND VALUES OF THE BLOG

This blog is fundamentally based on the principles of a good tasting and the ideals of a convivial drink. The fielded values are oenological honesty and professional honour of the taster with his olfactory and taste buds.
It is compulsory to mention Emile Peynaud thought, one of the great oenologist ever lived: “The taste is in keeping with the intellect: everyone drinks the wine which deserves”.
Furthermore, it is necessary to cite what is written on the Cappellano (an important producer of Barolo) label: “…the comparison, reduced dogma by the slothfuls, is a disarming numerical symbol and not shared human labour”. In other words, the value of the wine is clear and neat in the glass, not in the score of the specialized … magazine.

Questo blog si basa fondamentalmente sui principi di una buona degustazione e gli ideali di una bevuta in convivialità. I valori messi in campo sono quelli dell’onestà enologica e dell’onore professionalizzante del degustatore e delle sue papille olfattivo-degustative.
Risulta d’obbligo citare il pensiero di Emile Peynaud, uno dei più grandi enologi mai esistiti: “Il gusto è conforme al livello dell’intelletto: ognuno beve il vino che merita”.
Inoltre, si fa necessario riportare ciò che è scritto in controetichetta da Cappellano, un importante produttore di Barolo: “…il confronto, dagli ignavi reso dogma, è disaggregante termine numerico e non condivisa umana fatica.” In altre parole, il valore del vino si vede e si sente nel bicchiere, non nei punteggi delle riviste……specializzate.
