The score of the tastes
The scores are given according to Metodo A.I.S. (Associazione Italiana Sommeliers) and are expressed in hundreths.
The score 100 is composed of: 15 points for the visual analysis, 30 for the olfactory analysis, 40 for the gustative analysis and 15 for the global harmony. The evaluations given are just referred to the tasted sample.

From 91 to 100: great wines
From 85 to 90: wines of admired level and good quality
From 80 to 84: wines of good level and particularly fine
From 74 to 79: wines of medium level and well-made

Il punteggio 100 è così composto: 15 punti per l’esame visivo, 30 per l’esame olfattivo, 40 per l’esame gustativo e 15 per l’armonia globale. Le valutazioni rilasciate sono esclusivamente legate ai campioni degustati.
